Hon. Lela Muhamed Mussa, born on October 11, 1982, is a Special Seat Member of Parliament representing the Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) party. She began her parliamentary career in 2020 and is currently serving her first term in the House of Representatives. Hon. Lela holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Dodoma (2011) and a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Dar es Salaam (2008).
